We were told that we are all entrepreneur, because the way we serve a customer will determinetheir level of satisfaction and in return, the tips given as well. In case it's not a tips, it's good words :-) I believe being self-employed means we have more capacity to "affect ourselves". Because it is purely a result based work. As for employment, we are still "competing" for "good assessment" among other employees. And it is a win-lose environment to a certain extend. Because companies have limits in money to spend, so if another person gets more salary raise, somebody else is getting less.
